Vision Statement

It is our vision to reduce the national energy demand crises by only supplying/installing energy efficient products and to assist with the shortage of skilled people in South Africa, by providing technical training to young disadvantaged South Africans.

Management Experience

Our management and staff are fully skilled and competent. Through the years our management team has acquired a wealth of practical experience, in financial management, accounting, procurement, human resources, project management, environmental health and safety, mechanical and electrical engineering, planned/preventative maintenance, HVAC, clean-rooms and filtration making them fully skilled and competent.

This coupled with more than 30 years combined working experience across a large number of sectors, including the motor industry, body-in-white, material handling, forging, machining, infrastructure maintenance, pharmaceutical, health facilities, construction, retail, IT and the Public Sector, ensured that Siyakwenza can be a leader in our field and makes us an obvious choice to assist your organisation.

Resources/Equipment

Our offices are modern and professionally equipped. We have a small workshop area, fully equipped with compressed air, work benches, storage, cutting and welding equipment, bench grinders, angle grinders, drill press, impact and rotary hammer drilling machines, ladders, table saw, band saw, generators, chain saws, weed eaters, electrical compliance test equipment, etc.

Currently this is complimented with a fleet of three vehicles, including a four wheel drive vehicle and in addition two trailers.

Safety, Health, Environment, Quality

Siyakwenza is aware of the importance of complying with SHEQ standards and legislation. Thus we have developed an internal SHEQ system, which is fully compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. We also adhere to the all the National Standards, as applicable to our organisation.

We ensure that our employees are fully competent in SHEQ and that we only use tools and equipment that is safe and risk free. Siyakwenza will only specify, supply and install material of the highest level of quality.
